Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis or ankylosing spondylitis.
  • Your disease is active, meaning you have significant pain, stiffness, or other symptoms.
  • You have tried at least one TNF inhibitor (like etanercept, adalimumab, or infliximab) and it didn't work or you couldn't tolerate it.
  • You have not taken an IL-17 inhibitor or a JAK inhibitor before.
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, cancer, stroke, heart attack, blood clots, cirrhosis, or severe kidney disease.
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study.
