  • You are 18 to 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with moderate or severe cocaine use disorder.
  • You do not have other substance use disorders (like alcohol or opioids) in the past year.
  • You do not have major depression, severe anxiety, or other mental health conditions.
  • You are not taking medications like metformin, insulin, or blood thinners.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
