It is designed for first responders who have been diagnosed with PTSD and are currently taking stable medications.

Who can take part

  • You are a first responder, whether currently active, on leave, or retired.
  • You must be between 19 and 60 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of PTSD, confirmed by a specific assessment (score of 25 or more on the CAPS-5).
  • Your depression symptoms are not too severe (score of 23 or less on the HAMD-17).
  • Your medications (if any) have not changed in the past 4 weeks, and you are not planning to start or change therapy.
  • You are able to attend scheduled treatment sessions.
