Brain stimulation to reduce PTSD flashbacks

Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with PTSD and have intrusive symptoms (like flashbacks or nightmares) at least 3 times a week.
  • You are not currently taking psychiatric medications, or if you are, they have been stable for 3 months and won't change during the study.
  • You are able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants, pacemaker, or other MRI risks).
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have epilepsy, migraines, or certain other medical conditions.
