This study is looking at how well people do after eye surgery for a condition called myopic foveoschisis, which causes a part of the retina to swell. The study will check if your vision improves after surgery and look for signs of complications.

Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 90 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of high myopia (severe nearsightedness).
- You have myopic foveoschisis that has not responded to other treatments, and you are planning to have surgery.
- You do not have other serious eye diseases, such as retinal detachment, macular scarring, or uncontrolled glaucoma.
- You are able to complete the study's vision tests.
- You are willing to have your eye surgery and vision problems followed for up to 6 months.
