Who can take part

  • Your child is between 4 and 9 years old.
  • Your child has cavities in the chewing surfaces of their back baby teeth (molars), in both upper and lower jaws.
  • The cavities are in the deep grooves and pits, but the tooth isn't too badly decayed.
  • The teeth are healthy with no infection at the root or bone loss around them.
  • The teeth are not loose, overly worn, or already treated with a root canal.
