Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your nasopharyngeal cancer has come back in the same area or nearby lymph nodes, but has not spread to other parts of the body.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured with a CT or MRI scan.
- You are able to do your daily activities with some help (ECOG performance status 0-1).
- You have adequate organ function as determined by blood tests.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the treatment and for a period after.
