Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old (if you have eczema).
- You have a history of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) that has not improved with topical treatments (creams or ointments).
- You do not have any significant health problems that could affect your safety.
- You have no known allergies to the study drug or its ingredients.
- You have no history of severe drug allergies, such as anaphylactic shock.
- You have no history of a weakened immune system or serious infections.
- You have no history of cancer, except for certain cured skin or cervical cancers that have been in remission for more than 5 years.
