  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI, a weight-to-height ratio) must be between 18 and 32
  • You must be in generally good health with no active infections, diabetes, cancer, or serious heart/liver/kidney problems
  • You cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • You must not have used tobacco, nicotine, or excessive alcohol in the past 3 months
  • You cannot have taken other experimental drugs, certain vaccines, or most prescription medications within the past 30 days
