Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative (confirmed by biopsy).
  • Your tumor is high grade (grade 3) or grade 2 with low ER expression (1-10%).
  • Your cancer is at a certain stage (T1c-T2cN1-2 or T3-4cN0-2, M0) and has not spread to distant sites.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer (like chemo, hormone therapy, or surgery, except a biopsy).
  • You are generally healthy with no major heart, lung, liver, kidney, or immune problems.
