Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatment or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your overall health is good (able to do daily activities, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months).
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable levels.
- You have not had certain other cancers in the last 5 years, and no untreated brain metastases.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use contraception if applicable.
