CAR NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This study tests a new immune cell treatment called EB-NK-301, which are lab-modified natural killer cells designed to attack cancer cells that have a protein called TROP2. The trial is for people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread) whose cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Advanced or metastatic solid tumor with TROP2 protein expression confirmed by testing
- Cancer that has progressed despite standard treatment, or you are unable to tolerate or receive standard options
- At least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do light activities or care for yourself)
- Adequate organ function in the blood, kidneys, and liver; expected to live at least 12 weeks

This trial tests an investigational NK cell therapy (NK042) for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The aim is to see if this cellular therapy is safe and potentially effective.
This trial tests an investigational natural killer (NK) cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these immune cells can shrink tumors and are safe.
This Phase 1/2 study tests an intravenous (IV) immune-cell therapy made from donors (allogeneic NK cells) to treat advanced solid tumors, relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or multiple myeloma. It may help by targeting cancer cells more directly, but early-phase trials mainly focus on safety and finding the right dosing.
This trial tests whether specially engineered NK cells can find and attack your type of cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments.
This study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to recognize and attack lung cancer cells that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. The cells are engineered in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells, and may help patients whose cancer has grown despite previous treatments.
