This study tests whether coloring mandalas (circular designs) can help improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety in women who have premenstrual syndrome. Participants will be asked to color mandalas regularly and fill out questionnaires to see if it makes a difference.

Who can take part
- You must be female and at least 18 years old.
- You should have a regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days).
- You need to have moderate to severe premenstrual symptoms (score 45 or higher on the PMS scale).
- You should have some level of anxiety (score 36 or higher on the STAI).
- You must have poor sleep quality (score 5 or higher on the PSQI).
- You must not have any condition that interferes with communication, gynecological disorders, chronic or psychological illnesses, or be receiving treatment for sleep issues.
- You must not be taking medication or using other treatments (like hormonal contraceptives or yoga) for premenstrual symptoms.
- You must not exercise regularly (more than 3 times a week).
