Who can take part

  • You must have triple-negative breast cancer
  • The main tumor must be at least 2 cm in size and cancer stage 2 or 3
  • You must be able to do daily activities without help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Women who can become pregnant need a negative pregnancy test and must use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after
  • You cannot have had breast cancer before or any other cancer in the last 5 years (except some easily treated skin cancers)
  • You cannot have an autoimmune disease (like lupus) that needs treatment, or a weak immune system
