Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a PIK3CA gene mutation in your tumor (this will be checked by a blood test).
- You must have a type of cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working.
- You must be able to do light activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (like kidney, liver, and blood counts).
