- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a cirrhosis diagnosis, confirmed by a liver biopsy or other tests.
- You have had chronic pain (score >4 on a standard pain scale) for at least a few weeks.
- You can walk, with or without a walker or other aid.
- You have a smartphone and reliable internet or data access, and can read English or Spanish.
- You have not had recent (within 28 days) acute pain from an injury, a hospital stay, or an episode of confusion due to liver disease.
