Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old, weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs), and have a BMI between 19 and 28.
- Your periods are relatively regular (every 21 to 35 days).
- You have been diagnosed with endometriosis, either through a biopsy or imaging like ultrasound or MRI.
- You have not used any hormone-blocking medicines (like Lupron) in the last 3 months, or hormone pills (like birth control) in the last month.
- You are willing to use effective birth control (like abstinence or barrier methods) and have no plans for pregnancy or egg freezing during the study and for 3 months after.
- You do not have certain health issues like severe asthma, diabetes, bleeding disorders, or bone thinning, and you are not allergic to ibuprofen or similar pain relievers.
