Machine learning for ultrasound images of adnexal masses

Adnexal Masses

Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study uses machine learning to analyze ultrasound images of adnexal masses (growths near the ovaries or fallopian tubes) to help predict whether they are benign or malignant. It aims to improve diagnosis and reduce unnecessary surgeries.

Ultrasound data to tell benign from malignant ovarian masses

This study uses ultrasound data to help tell the difference between benign (non-cancerous) and malignant (cancerous) solid ovarian masses. It may help improve diagnosis and treatment decisions for people with this condition.

NCT06795711Recruiting
Testing ultrasound for better adenomyosis diagnosis

This study tests whether ultrasound can more accurately diagnose adenomyosis, a condition where the inner lining of the uterus grows into the muscle wall. It may help you get a clearer diagnosis without more invasive tests.

Testing an ultrasound model to sort pregnancy ovarian cysts

This study checks how well a specific ultrasound-based scoring tool can tell the difference between harmless (non-cancer) and harmful (cancer) ovarian masses during pregnancy. If you have a cyst or mass that’s at least 5 cm, your scan details may be used to validate the tool.

AI system to improve ovarian ultrasound diagnosis

This study tests an AI system that helps doctors read ovarian ultrasound images more accurately. You might qualify if you had an ovarian mass seen on ultrasound, had it surgically removed, and have clear images and lab results.

NCT06103916Recruiting
Testing the ADNEX model for ovarian tumors

This trial is testing how well a special ultrasound model (ADNEX) can predict whether an ovarian tumor is benign or cancerous. It helps doctors make better decisions, and it’s for people with complex ovarian tumors who speak Dutch.
