This study collects real-world experiences from people with Parkinson's disease who use Inbrija (an inhaled levodopa) to treat OFF episodes. Participants will share their experiences through surveys or interviews, which may help improve understanding of how Inbrija works in everyday life.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and have had OFF episodes.
- You are willing and able to give informed consent.
- For the quantitative part: your doctor has decided to start you on Inbrija for OFF episodes as part of your usual care, and you have not used Inbrija before.
- For the qualitative part: you have been using Inbrija regularly for at least 6 weeks (at least 4 times in the last month) and can do a 60-minute online interview.
- You live in Austria, Germany, or Sweden (for the quantitative part) or Austria or Germany (for the qualitative part).
