Sac-TMT for advanced vaginal and vulvar cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug called Sac-TMT for people with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the vagina or vulva that has spread or cannot be cured with standard treatments. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to deliver chemotherapy directly to the tumor, potentially slowing or stopping its growth.

This trial tests a new drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan for penile cancer that has spread or cannot be cured with surgery or radiation. It is for people whose cancer got worse after standard chemotherapy. The drug is given as an infusion and may help shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
This trial is testing a new drug called Sac-TMT for people with advanced ovarian cancer that has not responded well to initial platinum-based chemotherapy and does not have a specific gene change called HRD. It aims to see if this drug can work better than standard treatment.
This study tests a new drug called Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) for people with early-stage, high-risk breast cancer that hasn't spread. The drug is given before surgery to see if it can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a new drug, Sac-TMT, given alone or with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer who have not yet received any treatment for advanced disease. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
This clinical trial tests a combination of two drugs—Sac-TMT (an antibody-drug conjugate that targets tumor cells) and bevacizumab (a drug that blocks blood vessel growth to tumors)—as a second-line treatment for advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can help people whose cancer has progressed after initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
This trial tests two drugs together for advanced ovarian, endometrial, or cervical cancer that has a specific genetic feature called MSI-H or dMMR. The goal is to see if this combination can help shrink or control the cancer.
