Study of MX006 for advanced tumors with B7-H3
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug (MX006) in people with advanced or metastatic tumors that have a specific marker called B7-H3. The drug may work by targeting this marker to stop cancer growth. The study aims to see if MX006 is safe and effective in this patient group.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.

- Have advanced or metastatic cancer that expresses B7-H3
- Have measurable disease (or for prostate cancer: at least 2 bone lesions and elevated PSA)
- Have adequate bone marrow and organ function
