Two immunotherapy drugs before surgery for non-small cell lung cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs before surgery can help shrink non-small cell lung cancer and improve treatment success. The drugs are toripalimab and sacituzumab tirumotecan, which are given as intravenous infusions.

This trial tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs directly into the tumor before surgery can shrink non-small cell lung cancer and improve outcomes. It is for people with early-stage (IIIA) lung cancer who are candidates for surgery.
This trial tests a combination of radiation, an immunotherapy drug called tislelizumab, and chemotherapy given before surgery for non-small cell lung cancer that has not spread too far (stage II-III). The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
This trial tests whether giving low-dose focused radiation and two immunotherapy drugs before lung surgery can improve outcomes for people with operable, resectable non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to shrink or control the cancer before surgery and help reduce the chance it comes back.
This trial compares two different drug combinations given before surgery for stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Both combinations include chemotherapy, and one also includes a newer type of immunotherapy. The goal is to see which approach shrinks tumors more effectively before surgery.
This trial tests whether giving a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) along with 2 or 4 cycles of chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for people with early-stage (stage II-IIIB) non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to make surgery more effective and possibly reduce the chance of cancer coming back.
This trial tests a new combination of radiation, two immunotherapy drugs, and chemotherapy given before surgery for non-small-cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes for patients with stage II-III disease that can be removed with surgery.
