This study looks at how oral nicotine pouches (like Zyn) affect the body. You'll be asked to use your usual nicotine product (cigarettes or vape) and then pause it for short periods so researchers can measure how nicotine is processed.

This Phase 1 study tests how a synthetic nicotine product is absorbed and how the body responds (so researchers can better understand nicotine effects and handling). You may be able to join if you’re generally healthy and regularly use e-cigarettes, but you’ll need to avoid certain medicines and nicotine products during the study.
This study looks at how young adults who vape react to oral nicotine pouches (like Zyn). It tests whether these products might be appealing or lead to misuse. You must be 21–25, an exclusive vaper, and never have used nicotine pouches before.
This study tests how oral nicotine pouches affect the body, including heart rate and blood pressure, in both daily smokers and people who have used very little nicotine. It helps researchers understand the immediate effects of these pouches.
This study tests two new oral nicotine pouches to see how appealing they might be compared to cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. Participants will stay at a clinic for 5 days and use their usual tobacco products alongside the study products.
This trial tests nicotine pouches (like small pouches you put in your mouth) as a way to help people who smoke cigarettes or use moist snuff. It studies how your body reacts to these pouches under controlled conditions and during daily life.
This study tests whether switching to e-cigarettes or nicotine pouches can help smokers who have tried many times to quit. If you are a heavy smoker (at least 5 cigarettes a day) and have failed to quit before, this trial may offer a new way to reduce harm from smoking.
