  • You use e-cigarettes (vapes) at least once a week and have for the past 3 months
  • You do not use any other tobacco or nicotine products (like cigarettes, cigars, or nicotine pouches)
  • You have never tried oral nicotine pouches (like Zyn)
  • You are willing to try the study-provided nicotine pouches
