Ultrasound therapy for tumours in the abdomen
This trial tests a new treatment that uses ultrasound waves to break down tumours in the belly area, including those near the lymph nodes. It aims to help people who cannot have surgery or want an alternative.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are healthy enough to receive general anaesthesia (medicine to make you sleep during the procedure).
- You have a tumour inside your belly or around your kidneys or bowel, or in a lymph node.
- Each tumour is 10 centimetres or smaller.

This trial tests a new non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to break up cancer cells in the pancreas. It is for people whose pancreatic cancer cannot be removed by surgery and who are well enough for anesthesia.
This trial studies using a camera-guided, ultrasound-guided heat procedure to treat solid tumors in the stomach, liver, kidney, or adrenal glands. It may help people who cannot safely have surgery, or who prefer a non-surgical option.
This trial tests a non-invasive treatment using sound waves (histotripsy) to break up tumors in the abdomen without surgery, aiming to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. It is designed for people whose tumors cannot be removed surgically.
This trial tests a focused ultrasound therapy called histotripsy to destroy liver tumors that are close to major blood vessels and cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach is safe and effective for tumors that are otherwise hard to treat.
This study tests a new, noninvasive treatment called histotripsy that uses sound waves to destroy small liver tumors. It is for people whose liver cancer hasn't spread much and who haven't had success with or can't have surgery or other standard treatments.
This trial tests a new device that uses sound waves to destroy liver tumors without cutting or needles. It may be an option if you have a liver tumor that can be partly or fully targeted by this technique.
