Fosmanogepix interaction and heart safety in healthy people
Treatments studied
This early study checks how fosmanogepix, a medicine being tested, interacts with other drugs and whether it affects the heart's rhythm. It is for healthy adults to see how the body handles the drug and confirm it is safe before larger studies.

This is an early-stage study testing a new medicine called PF-08653944 in healthy adults and in people with varying degrees of liver function problems. The goal is to understand how the medicine works in the body and how liver function affects how the body processes it.
This study tracks how a new drug, called FXS4640, moves through the body in healthy men. It uses a small amount of radioactivity to follow the drug, which helps researchers understand how it is absorbed and cleared. Participation involves staying at the clinic for several days for tests and samples.
This study tests a new oral drug to see how it affects the heart's rhythm in healthy adults. It helps make sure the drug is safe before it's tested in patients.
This early-stage study tests how a new experimental drug (BMS-986533) is processed and tolerated by healthy volunteers. Researchers will also check how food and stomach acid affect the drug, and whether it interacts with other medications.
This trial tests how a new drug, E2086, interacts with other medicines in healthy volunteers. It helps make sure the drug is safe and works properly when combined with common medications.
This trial checks how a new medicine, ECC0509, interacts with common drugs like metformin, midazolam, and caffeine in healthy adults. It helps find safe dosing and possible side effects.
