This Phase 3 study tests whether putting an anti-inflammatory medicine into the rectum (indomethacin) plus taking an immune-suppressing pill (tacrolimus) works better than using the two medicines in a different combination to prevent pancreatitis after an ERCP procedure. If you qualify, you may be assigned to one of the treatment options to lower your risk of post-ERCP pancreas inflammation.
