Carboplatin and mirvetuximab for advanced ovarian cancer
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy (carboplatin) and a targeted drug (mirvetuximab soravtansine) given through a vein. It is for people with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has a specific protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα) on at least 75% of tumor cells.
