Who can take part

  • You must be an adult (age 18 or older) with a solid tumor confirmed by tissue testing.
  • Your tumor tissue must show MTAP is missing in a “homozygous deletion” pattern on the test results.
  • Your cancer must be unresectable (can’t be removed by surgery) or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body).
  • You must be well enough to take part (ECOG 0 or 1) and have enough organ function based on blood/health tests.
  • You will need a tumor biopsy at the start (and again during the study) if it’s safe and possible.
