Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) cancer with measurable disease on a recent scan
- Your tumor test shows a specific MET change (like MET exon 14 skipping, MET amplification, MET fusion) or MET-related HGF/MET overexpression
- You must have adequate organ function and be well enough to do study activities (ECOG 0–1; for brain cancer, KPS at least 70)
- You must not have had a MET inhibitor before, and you may have had no more than 3 prior treatments for advanced disease
- You must provide tumor tissue or a blood-based tumor sample for a central lab confirmation (unless already confirmed by their approved test)
