Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your cancer must have advanced or spread, and standard treatments either haven't worked or aren't available.
- You need to be well enough to be up and about for at least half of your waking hours (ECOG 0-2).
- For the melanoma group, your tumor must have specific gene changes (like NRAS, KRAS, or HRAS) and you must have already tried a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor (immunotherapy) unless you can't take it.
