This study tests a new way to help people who have trouble speaking after a stroke by having them mirror and follow along with recorded phrases. It is for adults who had a stroke on the left side of their brain and now have nonfluent aphasia (trouble getting words out).

The goal is to see if this non-invasive treatment can help rewire the brain to recover language skills.
