Itraconazole with ablation to prevent esophageal cancer in Barrett's esophagus
This trial tests if adding the antifungal drug itraconazole to standard ablation therapy can help prevent esophageal cancer in people with high-risk Barrett's esophagus. You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Barrett's esophagus with low- or high-grade dysplasia or early-stage cancer, and be planning to have ablation treatment.
