This trial uses an MRI scan to look for early signs of breast cancer spreading to the brain in people with certain aggressive breast cancer types (triple-negative or HER2-positive) that are stage IIb or III. The goal is to find and treat brain metastases earlier, before they cause symptoms.

Testing neratinib with or without palbociclib for HER2+ solid tumors
This trial tests two targeted drugs—neratinib alone or with palbociclib—for people with HER2-positive solid tumors (other than breast cancer) that have returned or not gone away. The goal is to see if blocking HER2 and CDK4/6 can shrink or slow the tumor.
