This study is testing the Shield blood test for people at average risk of colorectal cancer. It looks at how well the test works for screening, so you can learn about your risk with a simple blood draw.

Testing immunotherapy for ctDNA-positive colorectal cancer after treatment
This trial is for people with colorectal cancer whose ctDNA blood test is still positive after surgery and chemotherapy. It tests two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab alone or with fianlimab) to see if they can eliminate the remaining cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.

Patient preference study: shot vs infusion for immunotherapy
This study compares two ways to take immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab or pembrolizumab): as a shot under the skin (subcutaneous) versus an infusion into a vein (intravenous). It looks at which method patients prefer and is for people with certain advanced cancers where these drugs are already approved.
