New Drug Combination for Advanced Hormone-Receptor-Positive Breast Cancer
This study tests two drugs together—trastuzumab deruxtecan and ivonescimab—for advanced breast cancer that is hormone-receptor-positive but HER2-negative or HER2-low. These drugs work by targeting cancer cells in different ways and may help slow or shrink tumors in patients whose cancer has progressed after earlier treatments.

How HER2 affects brown fat in breast cancer patients
This study looks at how a protein called HER2 affects brown fat activity in women with breast cancer. Brown fat helps burn calories and may influence treatment outcomes. You will be assigned to one of two groups based on your cancer's HER2 status, and the study will measure how your brown fat responds to cold.
