Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and able to do daily activities at a moderate level (ECOG 0–2).
- Have measurable cancer that doctors can track on scans, and be able to get enough tumor tissue (through biopsy or surgery) for vaccine planning.
- Have adequate blood counts and kidney/liver function based on lab tests (for example, creatinine and bilirubin within allowed ranges).
- Have lungs that are stable enough for treatment (no active/interfering lung inflammation; oxygen level generally at least 92% on room air).
- Have had standard cancer treatments for your specific cancer type, and your cancer must still be present or have come back after prior therapy (details depend on melanoma vs breast vs lung cancer).
