This trial uses a near-infrared light device (NIRS) to monitor blood flow in the new tissue after free flap surgery for head and neck cancer. It helps doctors check that the flap is healing well.

Robotic system for microsurgery in lymphedema and free flap
This study tests a robotic system (Symani) to help surgeons perform very precise microsurgery, either to reconnect tiny blood vessels during a free flap procedure or to treat lymphedema (chronic swelling). It may help people with lymphedema who have not gotten full relief from compression therapy.
