This trial tests whether a combined program of adapted exercise and therapeutic education can improve long-lasting symptoms that are thought to be related to Lyme disease. It may help people who have symptoms for over 6 months and are not very active currently.

Probiotic for gut health during Lyme disease antibiotics
This trial tests if a probiotic (Saccharomyces boulardii) can help maintain healthy gut bacteria while you take antibiotics for the early skin rash of Lyme disease (erythema migrans). You'll take amoxicillin for 14 days, plus either the probiotic or a placebo.
