This trial tests whether Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, can safely improve symptoms and heart function in people with severe pulmonary hypertension (abnormally high blood pressure in the lungs). You would take this medicine alongside or instead of other treatments to see if it helps you walk farther and feel better.
