Short-term S-ketamine for fibromyalgia pain relief
This trial tests if low-dose S-ketamine, given as a short intravenous infusion, can safely improve fibromyalgia pain and other symptoms for people who haven't gotten enough relief from non-drug treatments. S-ketamine is a fast-acting medicine that blocks pain signals and may help reset how the brain processes pain.
