This study tests two types of therapy to help Veterans with PTSD who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and self-harm. It compares a treatment called DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which helps with emotions) with another called PE (Prolonged Exposure, which helps with trauma).
