Study of a new drug combo for advanced stomach cancer
This trial tests a new drug called ASP2138 combined with chemotherapy and pembrolizumab for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It may help if your tumor has certain markers (CLDN18.2 and PD-L1) and you haven't had prior chemotherapy for advanced disease.

Study of ASP2138 before surgery for pancreatic cancer
This study tests an experimental drug, ASP2138, given before surgery for pancreatic cancer that is still removable. After surgery, you will receive standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if adding ASP2138 before surgery helps improve outcomes.
