Who can take part
- You are an adult (age per local rules) and can consent to the study.
- Your cancer is stomach/GEJ adenocarcinoma or pancreatic adenocarcinoma that is advanced and cannot be removed, or has spread.
- Your tumor test is positive for claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) on a lab tissue test.
- You can be on treatment only if you have at least one measurable tumor spot on recent scans.
- You are medically stable enough for treatment: good enough activity level (ECOG 0–1), heart rhythm test (QTcF) is not too high, and expected life span is at least 12 weeks.
- You must agree to avoid other interventional trials during this study, and meet recent blood/other test requirements.
