This study tests an investigational drug (BMS-986368) to see if it helps reduce muscle stiffness and spasms caused by multiple sclerosis. It may be an option if you have had spasticity for at least 6 months and are not currently using other treatments that cannot be paused.

Testing a new drug for agitation in Alzheimer's disease
This trial tests an investigational drug called BMS-986368 to see if it can safely reduce agitation in people with Alzheimer's disease. You may be able to join if you have Alzheimer's with confirmed biomarkers and experience agitation that has been going on for at least 4 weeks.
