Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or a bleed) 4 to 18 months ago.
  • You have had muscle stiffness or tightness (spasticity) for at least 2 months.
  • Your elbow and wrist are moderately stiff (score of 2 to less than 4 on a 0-4 scale).
  • You are willing to not start any new therapy during the study.
  • You can speak and understand English.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you don't have other conditions that cause stiffness.
