- NCT07656454RecruitingPhase 1
Comparing two ways to give CDR132L in healthy volunteers
This study measures how well the drug CDR132L enters the blood when injected under the skin, compared to injection into a vein. It is done in healthy volunteers to find the best way to give the drug.
BerlinAges 18–55 - NCT06979362RecruitingPhase 2
Study of CDR132L for heart failure with preserved pumping function
This trial tests if CDR132L can improve heart structure and function in people with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is stiff and thickened. It may help if you have heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and a thickened heart muscle.
Birmingham, AlabamaAges 40–84 - NCT06979375RecruitingPhase 2
Study of CDR132L for heart failure with reduced pumping ability and thickened heart muscle

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials studying CDR132L?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 3 recruiting studies that include CDR132L, drawn from the U.S. registry and rewritten for real people so you can see what each is testing and who it's for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a CDR132L trial?
- Each study lists its own eligibility criteria — rules about condition, age, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in plain language and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Is CDR132L an approved treatment?
- A drug being studied in a trial may be investigational (still being tested) or already approved and being studied for a new use. Each study page explains what phase it's in. Clin2 does not provide medical advice — talk with your doctor about whether CDR132L or a specific trial is right for you.
