If you have heart failure with normal pumping function and thickened heart walls, this trial may offer access to a new potential treatment.

Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 84 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure for at least 3 months and need regular water pills (diuretics) or an SGLT2 inhibitor (like empagliflozin or dapagliflozin).
- Your heart failure symptoms are stable, and you have not changed your heart medications in the last 45 days.
- Your heart's pumping function is normal or mildly reduced (ejection fraction of 40% or more).
- An ultrasound of your heart shows that the heart muscle is thickened (left ventricular hypertrophy).
- You have a marker of heart strain in your blood (NT-proBNP) above a certain level.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 45, and you weigh no more than 140 kg (about 308 pounds).
