Testing an iron infusion for iron deficiency in HFpEF
This study checks how common iron deficiency is in people with HFpEF (heart failure with preserved pumping strength) and tests whether an iron infusion (Ferinject®) improves health. It targets people with stable heart symptoms and lab results showing low iron stores or related iron deficiency.

Iron medicine plus standard therapy for advanced stomach cancer
This Phase 3 study tests whether giving ferric carboxymaltose (an IV iron treatment) helps people with advanced stomach or stomach–esophagus cancer and iron-deficiency anemia. The goal is to improve safety and how well the standard first-line cancer treatment works.

IV iron treatment after a heart attack for low-iron patients
This trial tests whether giving IV ferric carboxymaltose can lower the risk of death and heart complications after a recent heart attack, and improve quality of life. It is for adults with low iron levels and specific heart/health risk factors identified soon after their heart attack.

Iron for heart attack recovery in older adults
This study tests whether giving iron through a vein can improve quality of life in older adults who recently had a heart attack or unstable angina and also have low iron levels. If you qualify, you would receive either iron or a placebo (inactive substance) to see if iron helps you feel better and recover faster.
