This study tests two oral targeted drugs, Befotertinib and Icotinib, in people with advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that has one of three uncommon EGFR mutations. The trial aims to see how well these pills work when used as the first treatment for your cancer.

Befotertinib after surgery for early-stage lung cancer with EGFR mutation
This trial tests if a targeted therapy pill (befotertinib) can lower the chance of cancer coming back after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation. You may be eligible if your tumor was completely removed and you have stage IB to IIIB disease.
